This design was part of a subdivision project. And the main challenge was designing a two storey house in a 6.6m wide block. Also, this small lot had a 2.8m fall from rear of the block. Adding to that, there was a sewer pipe on the west-south of the block and supposed to provide a safe distance from it.
However the final result ticked all the boxes in the design brief: 4 bedrooms & 2.5 Bath with a single garage.
The Contemporary look of the façade added artistic touch on this investment project while keeping the eye on the budget. Apart from the west elevation which was facing the street, for the sides and rear elevation Linea cladding was selected to maximise the use of the width of the land and to help retaining the budget target.
